Moxxie is intelligent, refined but generally a good guy which might be hard to find in hell Millie is strong, outgoing and has a long kill list which is something you might want to have in hell Also it seems they are a good combat group as millie is a close combat while moxxie can take medium to long combat, basically covering for the other's.
